Any cancellation of registration have to be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail secretariat@isniweb.org and will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation until May 2, 2024 – 100% refund minus $75 handling fee
Cancellation from May 2, 2024 to June 2, 2024 – 50% refund
Cancellation done after June 2, 2024 or no shows – no refund

After this date, no refund of fees can be made. However, you are allowed to nominate another person to take your registration see point ‘name changes.’ All accepted refunds will be made after the congress.

Registered participants who are unable to attend the course may nominate a substitute participant free of charge by notifying the Organising Secretariat in writing (email: secretariat@isniweb.org).
